What is Farebank Rewards?

Farebank rewards is unique to Gold Medal and allows you to earn on all long haul flights, hotels, overnight tours and car rentals.

  • £1.00 per economy/premium economy long haul passenger
  • £2.00 per business or first long haul passenger
  • £1.00 per hotel room night
  • £1.00 per tour night (please contact Farebank Rewards to have these manually awarded)
  • £1.00 per car rental day.

How can I register for the Farebank Rewards?

Register by making a request on the Farebank website by clicking the "To Register Another User Click Here" button, then selecting the "Registration" option. Please note, unfortunately some agency groups are not eligible to participate in our benefits scheme due to commercial agreements with their Head Office.

What is my Farebank Reward Number?

Your Farebank Reward number is the membership number you’re allocated at the time of registration. This eight digit number is used along with your password to log into the Farebank Rewards website, which is accessible via If by chance you forget your member number, you can use the forgotten membership number link provided on the Farebank website.

What if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password please click onto the forgotten password link, this will reset the password and email it to the address stored on your account. Should you have any problems please contact 01772 550193 for all Farebank enquires.

What are the benefits of Farebank Rewards

Your new flexecash card gives you a number of benefits including

  • No need to worry about spending all the voucher, anything not spent will remain on the card

How do I activate my new card?

  • Step 1 - Visit
  • Step 2 - Enter you 19 digit card number
  • Step 3 - Select “Activate you cards”
  • Step 4 – Select “single card activation” and follow on screen prompts.

Please note you can not place an order on your farebank reward account unless you have activated your card.

How do I report my card lost or stolen?

Should you need to report your card lost or stolen after activation you will require your long card number that can be obtained from the Farebank website. You will need to call Flexecash 24/7 on 0844 7709015 to block your card on their automated service. You will be responsible for any unauthorised use of a lost or stolen card prior to it being reported to Flexecash. Gold Medal/Farebank Rewards are unable to block Flexecash cards.

How can I spend my Farebank Rewards?

Once you’ve activated your card, you can upload your Farebank Rewards onto your card, minimum order value is £10.00 and then spend at the following online or high street retailers. There is no change to the current ordering process.


Vouchers mentioned above can be ordered from Flexecash using their website using your Flexecash card as payment. Gold Medal no longer stock/dispatch any vouchers.

To spend your rewards against your own Gold Medal holiday, make a booking through the call centre or on the website as normal and simply call the Agent Travel team on 01772 550193 and they will transfer the required amount from your Farebank Rewards account to your booking.

How does the Farebank Rewards scheme work?

In order to collect rewards you must ensure your member number is entered with every booking.

When making a booking, you will be prompted to enter your member number if you are registered for our "individual" scheme - you will need to choose your name from the drop down menu. If your agency has been set-up as a shop account with just one member number for the whole store the User ID for your agency will automatically be entered into your booking details.

Your rewards are initially collected in an online account which can be accessed through our website. In order to spend the rewards you have saved, you can simply enter your account on the Gold Medal website, follow the instructions and shop! Your online account can be accessed through the link below.

How do I check my Farebank Rewards balance?

Online Account - You can login to and follow the link from the Gold Medal Farebank section to access the website. Login with your User ID and Password. Your User ID is the last 8 digits of your new Gold Medal Farebank card. All bookings and the rewards awarded will be displayed. You can also check purchases, delivery times and outstanding orders
